You spend your days showing up for others. You help others process emotions, hold space for trauma, navigate complex relationships, and help people move toward healing. You carry the weight of difficult stories, make countless clinical decisions, and work hard within a broken system to provide thoughtful, compassionate care.
Being a therapist comes with unique challenges that can be difficult to explain to people outside the profession. The emotional demands of clinical work, the pressure to get it right, the responsibility of holding space for suffering, and the blurred boundaries between our professional and personal lives can take a toll over time. Even therapists who love their work can find themselves feeling depleted, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to care for themselves while continuing to care for others. You deserve your own space to make sense of your work and your life.

I have a particular passion for working with fellow therapists.

I understand that our professional identities, clinical experiences, and personal histories often intersect in complicated ways. Therapy for therapists requires a space where you don’t have to be the expert, have the answers, or turn every difficult experience into a clinical learning opportunity. I will never ask you, “What would you tell a client?” and I will never judge you for being behind on documentation or struggling to hold compassion for a client. You get to be messy and vulnerable here.
My work with therapists focuses on trauma healing, preventing burnout, processing the impact of our work, and building a more sustainable relationship with the profession we have chosen. Whether you are navigating the effects of trauma, feeling the weight of years of clinical work, or simply wanting space to reconnect with yourself, therapy can offer an opportunity to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and find a way forward that feels more grounded and sustainable.
Therapy Services for Therapists
I offer two options for therapists seeking support: ongoing weekly therapy and extended therapy intensives.
Both provide opportunities for meaningful change, with different structures to meet different needs.
1. Ongoing Therapy for Therapists
Individual therapy | $200 per session
Sometimes, the most meaningful work happens over time. Weekly therapy offers a consistent space to explore what you’re carrying, understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop ways of living and working that better support your well-being.
My clinical specialties include trauma and burnout prevention, with particular attention to the unique experiences of mental health professionals. Together, we can explore the ways your work affects you, how your own history intersects with your role as a therapist, and what it might look like to care for yourself without feeling that you always need to be the capable one.
Our work may include:
- Preventing and recovering from burnout: Recognizing the signs of emotional exhaustion, addressing patterns that contribute to depletion, and finding a more sustainable way to practice.
- Processing the impact of clinical work: Making space for the emotional residue of difficult cases, traumatic material, and the responsibility of caring for others.
- Healing personal and professional trauma: Exploring past experiences and current triggers that affect your sense of safety, relationships, or professional identity.
- Navigating boundaries and expectations: Working through perfectionism, over-responsibility, self-doubt, and the pressure to be an endlessly available or endlessly capable therapist.
- Reconnecting with yourself: Making room for your own needs, relationships, interests, and identity beyond your work.
Investment:
$200 per 55 minute session.
I bill most major insurance plans, coverage and benefits depend on your individual plan. I offer a free 15 minute online consultation to help you determine if I am the right fit for the work you are wanting to do.
2. Therapy Intensives for Therapists
Four-hour extended therapy sessions | $1,250
Therapy intensives offer an opportunity to step outside the pace of everyday life and devote an extended period to therapeutic work. Using EMDR therapy and other appropriate modalities, we work collaboratively toward meaningful processing, new perspectives, and changes that may be difficult to access in shorter sessions.
An intensive may be a good fit if you are looking to:
- Process a specific traumatic or emotionally charged experience.
- Address a persistent trigger or pattern that continues to affect your life.
- Explore the personal impact of your professional experiences.
- Work through a concern that feels difficult to address within the structure of weekly therapy.
- Set aside dedicated time for focused, intentional therapeutic work.
What to Expect
Free Online Consultation
Every intensive begins with a thorough consultation. We will discuss your goals, relevant history, current needs, and expectations for the process. This gives us an opportunity to determine whether an intensive is an appropriate fit, answer your questions, and ensure that you understand what the experience involves.
Intensive Therapy
Intensives take place on weekends in my Bellevue office and are generally scheduled for a 4 hour increment. We will use EMDR therapy and other clinically appropriate modalities based on your goals, needs, and readiness. The extended format allows us to devote more uninterrupted time to therapeutic work, with attention to pacing, stabilization, and your emotional well-being throughout the process. There is also time at the conclusion of the intensive for resourcing and integration of the experience in a way that feels meaningful.
Follow-Up Session
Your intensive includes a one-hour follow-up therapy session. This provides space to check in on how you are doing, process your experience, and support the integration of the work into your everyday life.
Investment:
$1,250, including the consultation, four-hour intensive and one-hour follow-up session.
