60 minute intake fee: $250
50 minute weekly session: $185
90 minute session fee: $275
Initial phone or telehealth consultation to determine fit is free

Insurance

I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna, United, First Choice (Kaiser PPO), Regence and Premera.

If I am out of network for you, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement purposes. Please call your insurance company to find out your out of network benefits and reimbursement.
