Services

Sarah offers two types of therapy: weekly therapy and therapy intensives.  When you are experiencing trauma, anxiety, or deep pain you want to feel relief as soon as possible.  EMDR and Brainspotting modalities allow deep healing that can often be faster than other modalities. For intensives, Sarah works outside of the traditional therapy model to offer faster results for specific problems.   All intensives include a free consultation to make sure an intensive is the right fit for what you're wanting to heal and another planning session before the intensive so you can be fully prepared to make the most of our time together.  You will also receive a workbook to use for planning before the intensive takes place. Most clients continue working with their weekly therapist and do an intensive as an additional therapy service.  Sarah is happy to coordinate care with your weekly therapist to align goals and for best results.  Reach out today to see if an intensive might be the right fit for you.  Modalities used in intensives: EMDR, Brainspotting, Polyvagal Theory, Parts work, Resourcing and Mindfulness Skills
