Guiding You On the Path of Self-Healing
Are you ready to heal from trauma, release anxiety, recover from an eating disorder or unburden from grief? Are your mental health symptoms controlling your life and preventing you from feeling joy and having meaningful relationships?
I am an EMDR Practitioner specializing in trauma and eating disorders offering weekly therapy sessions in person in Bellevue or via telehealth throughout Washington State. I am passionate about helping clients reduce anxiety, heal from trauma, gain back energy, repair relationships with food and body, and strengthen interpersonal connections. I work with ages 12+ of all genders aiming to create a space where you will feel accepted, understood and supported in making changes that will improve your life.
I also provide clinical supervision and consult groups to therapists looking to enhance their practice and find creativity and passion in their work life.
Find a Path Forward that Includes More Joy
i offer psychotherapy for adults and clinical supervision for mental health professionals in my bellevue, wa office or online throughout wa. My specialties include:
Is your past holding you back from fully enjoying life? I utilize EMDR and Brainspotting therapy to help you feel more joy and put the past behind you. You do not have to live with the hardest things that have happened to you.
If a preoccupation with food, exercise and your body is holding you back, therapy is an effective way to get your life back. I have dual masters degrees in health psychology and nutrition and have worked with eating disorders for over a decade.
Feeling stuck and unmotivated? Needing to find creativity and passion in your work life again? I offer clinical supervision to help you create the time and space to explore what will help you move forward.
